experience. We respect your privacy. We are committed to maintaining

Registering:
Information relating to you and your order (including prior order
history) are only available if you provide the correct password
that you create. Once you have logged in your password, you are
able to edit your information at any time. If you forget your password,
you can request that it be emailed to you.
Email Promotions:
Upon registration, you will have the option of receiving our newsletter
via email.
Do we share your information with other companies?
Our customer's personal, registration or account information is
maintained in our private files on our secure Web server and our
internal systems. It is not shared, sold or rented to other companies
under any circumstance.
Policy changes:
Flattering Flops may update policies from time to time. Updated
policy changes will always be posted on our site. We encourage customers
to check our policies periodically.
Shipping:
For shipping within the continental United States, the following
options are available:
USPS Priority - Packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days
after an order has been placed.
Please call our offices for information regarding international
shipping.
Sales Tax:
Orders delivered to Florida Residents will be charged sales tax
at the rate of 7%. Orders delivered to all other states will not
be charged sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery
date as long as the item(s) are in original condition and have not
been worn.
Refunds for items* are subject to a 5% restocking fee up to a maximum
of $10.This restocking fee covers the credit card processing fee
and the restocking of product.

order date.
*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refunded.
Canceling an Order:
Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at flatteringflops.com.
We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order
has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. If your order
is canceled before it ships, we will refund the entire amount to
your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are
included.)

Out-of-stock Items:
Flatteringflops.com always makes best efforts to have inventory
in stock. However, on occasion, a high-demand item may temporarily
be out of stock. If we are out of stock of an item you ordered,
